Puddles and Pedestrians

Thanks to the driver who thoroughly soaked 2 Bohunt pupils this morning when he/she drove through a puddle on Midhurst Road travelling out of Liphook.
Remember, regardless of the type of vehicle you drive, the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act applies to you.

Pity you weren't able to spot the registration number and report them.
There are so many puddles on the school routes - the Headley Road in particular is awash when it rains. If the cars were sticking to the 30 mph limit, they would be able to slow down and avoid soaking pedestrians from head to toe.

True, if speed limits were observed that would help. My daughter did try to get the number plate but alas the driver was going too fast!
