Come and get your car washed! - Sarah (1st Feb 2013 - 12:19:33) After the recent bad weather why not give your car a treat with all funds going to an extremely worthwhile cause. On 9th February between 9.30am and 12.30pm the prospective Rotary Club of Liphook will be operating a hand car wash at the Liphook Social Club to coincide with the monthly Liphook Village Market being held next door at the Village Hall. The aim is to raise enough funds to sponsor the Easter Meal at the Liphook Day Centre. The cost per car will be £5 - bargain! The prospective Rotary Club of Liphook meets every Thursday at 7.30pm in the Liphook Social Club, Headley Road, Liphook. New members are always welcome to come along and join us at this exciting stage of establishing the Rotary Club. Anyone interested should contact Sean Jeffrey at sean.jeffery7@gmail.com - or of course respond to this thread! Thanks must go to the Liphook Social Club and the Anchor Garage for supporting the event (by providing a site and equipment).
