Cllr. Ferris Cowper, report - Editor (28th Jan 2013 - 13:43:05) Here are a few snippets from the report being given by Cllr. Ferris Cowper to the Parish Council tonight. 1c. Midhurst Road Flooding This is with Hampshire Highways for investigation. Start delayed due to bad weather. 1e. Portsmouth Road Parking and Other Parking Problems “Displacement” is one of the biggest problems when any change to a regime of parking restrictions is implemented. It cannot be solved piecemeal and so when I raised these concerns with HCC the suggestion was to await an holistic review of parking in the Parish to be undertaken in the 2013/14 civic year. 3. Devolved Grant and “Have Your Say” I still have some money left in my Devolved Grant budget for projects benefitting young adults and children within the parish of Bramshott and Liphook. Please note that HCC have launched a new grant budget of £2,500 per county councillor, the fate of which will be decided by public vote. For all county councillors within East Hampshire, this vote will be taken at one of the EHDC Community Forums, date to be advised. Full report will be available from the Parish website.
