Carnival Committee Fund Raising - Karen Feeney (20th Nov 2007 - 09:58:04) Come on you Guys, where are you all? Thought you people, who obviously care deeply about village issues, would be the first to come and buy your Barn Dance Tickets. Can't even reveal how many tickets we have sold as it is soooo disappointing. Without fund raising events such as the Barn Dance we would really struggle to stage the Carnival, so we need you to come along and support us! Saturday 24th Nov, Millennium Hall, 7.30 p.m. start. £10 a ticket (available Parish Office, Millennium Hall or call me on 723971). Fantastic selection of entertainment plus Ploughman's Supper, plus the chance to burn off a few unwanted calories by jigging about all night, plus bar open, plus great feeling of knowing you have done your 'bit' towards next year's festivities.
