Do you need a fridge-freezer. - Dawn Hoskins (13th Nov 2007 - 17:32:55)
We have just had a new kitchen installed and now have a redundant fridge-freezer.
If you know of a needy recipient please contact me on 01428 751561.
It is white. Upright. Fridge on the top, freezer underneath. Fully working. Free. Available now.
You will need to arrange transport.

I have had a call and subject to measuring up, the fridge freezer has been 'bagsied'.
I will re-post if it becomes available again later (ie: it was too big).

The Fridge Freezer is still available.
Please tell everyone you know - it seems such a criminal waste to throw a working item away!

OK, no one seems to want it.
Does anyone know of any charities I can give it to?

(I bet as soon as I take it to the tip - someone will remember a long lost aunt who needs one!)

Do you have time to advertise in the messenger or Herald? - I think its free if you're not charging much (anything!). I would expect anyone needing a secondhand fridge/freezer would probably look there first.

OK - Freecycle has proved to be useless!
I am going to take it to the tip.

The place in Bordon is The Furniture Helpline and I don't have a number but they are in yellow pages. I am not sure if they take electrical items but if it's relatively new they might. They do ask for a contribution towards pick up as they are a charity. Hope this helps
