BT Internet and Landline fault - Ivan (5th Jun 2023 - 07:18:14) Good morning all, Is anyone else experiencing a problem with their BT landlines and Internet (Liphook Junior school area). Our BT Internet is down since yesterday noon. I have reported the issue to them and have received a reply that it is a problem in Openreach network and the solving time will be 8th of June. For me that is un exeptable,but no choice.

Re: BT Internet and Landline fault - Annoyed (5th Jun 2023 - 08:27:02) Been having dropouts and connection loss for a while now with BT and I don't think we are alone. I have raised a fault and they found an issue outside which they fixed but the problem is still ongoing. I think I have 2 to 3 dropouts a day on average. I know exactly when this all started. It was when Swish dug the roads up to put their cabling in, almost as if it has been done on purpose. I told BT that this was the case but they had little interest. The problem for me is I had not long signed a new BT contract for 2 years so I stuck with it for ages..
