Wreckless and dangerous driving at Sainsburys and nearby roundabouts.

Hi,
At 10.35pm, a dangerous driver in a dark BMW car was doing at high-speed "doughnuts" in Sainsbury carpark. Very loud at that time, for local residents wanting to sleep.
Carried on, with wild stunts around a couple of nearby roundabouts.
CCTV and Police no where, to witness this bad behaviour in our village.
It may seem great to the driver, but any passing walker it could cause a fatality.
