I cannot understand why people take their dogs with them to crowded venues . Fairs, parades, festivals and tonight the carnival. One poor Labrador bolted when one of the steam vehicles sounded its hooter. I hope it has been found and is safe. I have had dogs for over forty years and leave them in the safety of their home.
