Postbox knited decoration

Hi, I work at the Millennium Centre, and the postman brought in the knitted topper that was on the post box outside the Hall. He said as they are changing the Box to become a parcel drop off box, it no longer fits. I'm wondering if we can get word to the person who made it and let them know I have their knitted top here and do they want it back?
