September talk will be given by Sheila Willis called Handbags to Handcuffs : The Journey of Women Officers in the British Police Force.
An informative and entertaining talk on this fascinating and remarkable subject. Their story unfolds with pictures and music which has been carefully researched.

A good talk given yesterday at u3a Monthly Meeting at Liphook Millennium Centre. Interesting insight into the work as a female police officer, even to how they got their updates (waiting a phone box!!).
