So Haslemere Road was closed for a few days for a repair to something at the new apartment site. All of the equipment was brought in to dig, repair, fill in and reopen.
About 20 feet away from the scene is a seriously damaged drain cover with crumbling tarmac that everyone clunks over driving in and out of the town centre. Why oh why oh why didn’t someone with an active brain cell see to it to get this sorted at the same time thereby preventing an inevitable further closure of the road.
I despair…………..

There is no joined up coherent thinking between the different utilities and groundworks businesses🤣 Its laughable, still, our bills will go up and up! Cosmic!
