Warm weather
- James (19th Jul 2025 - 14:41:33)

During the recent hot weather this week I arrived into Liphook station in the evening with my 9 year old only to be greeted by a topless lady riding a bicycle, she was mid to late twenties.
Question I have is am I out of touch or is this now the social norm. Just checking into the world has moved on and ok the odd one out who hasn’t kept up with modern ways of the younger folk.

Given how it is now acceptable behaviour for children to ride in supermarket trollies, regardless of their dog crap encrusted shoes, soiled nappies and the obvious hygiene issue, I'm not surprised. Where was this and what time please, just out of interest of course.

When i come across naked or semi naked ladies they are always the ones you would rather not see naked.

I put on my dirty raincoat and tried to travel from Liss to have a look but the train was cancelled. Typical great British rail, oh well.

"only to be greeted by a topless lady riding a bicycle, she was mid to late twenties".

Well at least she said hello. Last one I saw completely blanked me. And to think people say manners cost nothing.

Geoff, topless women in their mid to late twenties riding bicycles isn't unusual round here then? I really must get out more. As has already been mentioned though I think it best the women round here keep their clothes on.

I would rather see a topless lady in her mid-twenties than a man of any age walking about naked to the waist, usually with stomach bulging and tattoos on every available piece of skin - to say nothing of the men, usually over-weight, with "builders' bottoms. Most unedifying!
