Wanted room to rent

We are looking for a room to rent on a long term basis for our uncle in his 70’s he has always lodged in the village and is a lovely guy . He’s absolutely certain he wants to stay in Liphook so this area only please
This could suit someone older who may want a hand getting bits from the shops or a bit of company.
Would consider an annex or flat
