Internet Problems (Packet Loss)

I'm using BT internet and have been experiencing some packet loss over the last few days, has anyone else noticed this problem?
You can test on this website here https://packetlosstest.com/
The packet loss should be 0%

Speak to Evri they are good at packet loss
