wedding cake recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good wedding cake supplier? We don't want to spend hundreds of pounds (some are quoting £1,000!)
We'd pay up to about £300 but I can't justify more than that. Recommendations gratefully received.

Make the fruitcakes or ask family or friend to then get someone to ice them or have a different kind of cake? You can
Eg a rounds of cheese? I know a gluten free bride who had that instead of cake. Profiterole stack?

A 2nd recommendation for Coluccia Cakes.
Mandy has recently finished an amazing artistic cake for my wife’s 50th. Brilliant icing work and it tasted fabulous. A 10 out of 10 from me.
I very rarely write reviews, but Mandy more than deserves this one.
