Bad driving - John (23rd Feb 2022 - 20:49:07) Why does the bloke in the 3 counties electrical van think it’s ok to drive around the gunns farm roundabout the wrong way? Dangerous beyond belief!

Re: Bad driving - Mark (24th Feb 2022 - 09:56:58) And why does the bloke with a ‘driving school’ banner think it ok to pull out onto the roundabout when his entry to the roundabout isn’t clear and then proceed to drive straight across the roundabout! A complete lack of driving ability on display,with a brain in neutral,hugely dangerous and reckless.

Re: Bad driving - Jen (24th Feb 2022 - 15:10:09) I don't drive through the centre of liphook very often, probably only about once every 3 or 4 weeks on average. Yet almost every time I'm there I see people driving the wrong way around the mini roundabouts! The most frequently seen "wrong way" error occurs at the junction of The Square with Portsmouth Road. So many drivers coming from The Square and wishing to turn off the roundabout into Portsmouth Road, don't bother using the roundabout at all but simply drive over the top of it, or to the right of it. Similarly, I've seen drivers coming out of Longmoor Road or Headley Road and proceeding into The Square by driving to the right of the roundabout or over the top of it. Once or twice I've had a near miss in that situation: when I've been turning right out of London Road to go into Headley Road, another driver has come out of Longmoor Road at the same time as I am entering the roundabout and instead of going around the roundabout they have turned right into The Square directly in front of me. Fortunately, I've so far managed to avoid a collision.

Liphook like many villages now-a-days, car drivers are greedy, and un- caring to other motorists. Back in the day, car drivers were proud of their skills, and gave respect on public roads to others.

Re: Bad driving - Sharon (26th Feb 2022 - 19:53:20) Gunns farm roundabout gets blocked constantly by delivery drivers that go wrong way round and you only seem to have an issue with a person in the signposted van that provides services to people. He has provided electricity emergency services to many people post storm so why don’t you concentrate on that rather than slagging him off for one off driving which could of had a good reason for doing so- which I’m sure as a driver who is constantly on the road , he knew what he was doing!!!

Re: Bad driving - Johm (28th Feb 2022 - 17:41:58) Sharon What a pathetic answer!! I followed the said van and he just cut the corner , nothing in his way. So When dangerous driver kills a member of your family just use the same excuse. Couldn’t care less about anyone else, I’ve got a job to do!!
