Mobile phone reception

Is anyone else experience mobile phone problems with connection on Giff Gaff. Ours has been off for three days now. Maybe a mast blown down!?

Not just you, we’ve been having issues with giffgaff as well. It appears one of O2’s phone masts is having power issues at the minute. I assume as giffgaff piggybacks off of them, we’ll be back up when they are.
