Just seen in paper 675 staff on over £150.000 . With some on £310.000 and some in Whitehall on £260.000 . I think the Prime Minister Is only on £150.000 . Make’s you think it doesn’t pay to be Prime Minister. No wonder the NHS is in trouble the top end needs sorting out can’t understand the pay scale no one should earn that sort of salary in those jobs.

Yes and it’s not the nurse or doctors that get it it’s the management total disgrace. Old saying to many chiefs and not enough Indians should be a massif shake up.
