Covid restictions ending.
- paul (27th Jan 2022 - 17:25:13)
Hi,
Now from today no longer face masks in public enclosed spaces, no Covid passes into venues, and no limit on care-home number of visitors from 31st of the month.
What has Liphook planned to enjoy in 2022, and also the Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations?

I don’t know why this is a topic of celebration, the illness (Covid) is the primary subject, not the measures to contain it (masks)
When masks became mandatory not everyone wore them, now they are not mandatory not everyone will stop wearing them, so some mask wearing will be around for years and if someone wants to wear them then so be it.
As for the rest of 2022 it’s still not going to be like 2019 again, everyone does what they feel to do but don’t expect everything has suddenly become normal 2019 just because some minor measures have become not mandatory.
PS your local supermarket still encourages the wearing of masks so if you see someone wearing a mask then leave them alone.

Well I've been finding this all very strange and can't wait to get back to normality.
So please everyone, put your masks back on!

Er
I don't understand your post. How does putting on mask mean we return to normality.
Normal is not wearing masks. I'm not wearing a mask anymore and it's great, this includes Sainsburys i will go in the shop and will not wear a mask. All trains including tubes i am using and not wearing a mask.
That very strange leader in Scotland is promising to keep masks for years, come on you scots come down to freedom Britain, no mask here.
