Improver Running course - Daniel (5th Jan 2022 - 15:43:40) New year new you. Do you currently run, are you new to running, maybe you took up running during lockdown and fell in love with the benefit’s running brings to you. Have you thought about running quicker or further but not sure where to start? Fear not, starting on Thursday January 27th, 7pm I will be starting a 10 Week runners improvers course. I am a uka fully qualified running coach, having also ran numerous C25k courses over the last 5 years ( new C25k course starting soon ) If you can currently run for 30 mins or 5k this improver course will teach you about all the different running paces. These will include speed sessions, long runs, Tempo runs and running form. The Cost of the course is £70 per person ( limited to 10 people ) These sessions will have a mix of locations including Liphook, Haslemere and Hindhead.
