Access to NHS sites denied?

I have been trying to book my Covid booster but when I try to access the website on my laptop I get the message "Access Denied on this server...."
I seem to be able to access other websites. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it?
Thanks for any help or advice anybody can pass on.
