Low Gas Pressure

Does anyone else have low gas pressure? Can’t light my gas cooker i.e. barely any flame. Not the battery/flint because I’ve used a gas lighter and matches and they make no difference. .
I’m in the Chiltlee Manor Estate.

We are also at Chiltlee Manor ours is ok.

If your pressure is low but a neighbour's is ok, personally I would phone British Gas and tell them straight away, get their advice, it could be a faulty appliance or maybe a leak, they will point you in the right direction.
