Local Hub events to new residents of all ages.

Hi,
Is it possible to set-up a regular meetings and events for new people to our village of Liphook? With an ever expanding population due to new housing in the area. we could welcome people to enhance our living for all, and find out new skills they may have to offer.
There could be "themed weeks" for get to know, i.e. local groups, clubs, and societies days or nights.
Also employment opportunities sponsored bylocal companies, and organizations..
There could be more Leisure choices in the area promoted, that are for all people to be aware.
There are many ways we can help our villagers, join in the fun, and care for each other for generations to come.

Paul, sounds as if you are the ideal organiser for this? We have the Millennium Hall and Village Hall who can organise the bookings. There is a list of local organisations in the back of the Liphook magazine.
