Charity Shop Manager Vacancies - Margaret Lawden (23rd Sep 2021 - 15:12:02) The Tantum Trust is a local charity with shops in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere and Grayshott. Our shops sell goods donated by the public, the profits from which provide funds to support individuals, families and community groups exclusively in North East Hampshire and South West Surrey. We are seeking to recruit 2 managers to work in our Liphook and Haslemere shops. Role/responsibilities The Shop Manager is responsible for effectively managing the day to day running of the shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximising sales and controlling shop expenses. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, able to work effectively under their own initiative. Ideally they will have retail experience and experience of recruiting, managing and motivating a team.
