Repair work to fencing

Hi can anyone recommend someone who can do an urgent fencing job for me? I have a softwood post which is failing rapidly and it attached to the back gate. It would mean replacing the softwood posts with concrete post to secure the whole fence better. Really urgent. Thanks in advance
