Missing black bin Newtown Road

Hi since the bin collection my black bin has vanished! I wonder if anyone has two or one out front that is not yours. Can collect! Am number 22.

Hi,
Just thought I'd mention that we had a similar issue a few years back. We phoned up the council and they said that sometimes the bins get stuck on the lorry. Then they took some details and delivered a new one FOC.
It seemed odd at the time(you'd have thought 99% of them would travel all of 20 meters and be very simply returned), and they may not be so willing to assume fault now, but worth a try if you're still minus a bin.
