We've used Atcost for various repairs and new doors over the last few years. Great service, pricing is always competitive and their work is excellent. Would definitely recommend, and a local company too.
We did also use Anglian for a much larger project that involved building work. That required 3 return visits to correct bi-fold doors, customer service was 'okay' but nothing special, and of course not a local company.

Our experience with Atcost was horrific, the only rescue from their attempt to steal our deposit was thanks to the credit card company.
However, much time and aggro wasted on them. It's well known in the local doors/windows industry.
It was so bad, we'd rather not go through that past experience again in retelling it on here.

Sian are outstanding. Live locally and have done lots of great work you can see all around the village. I would hope they have lots of good testimonials from happy customers. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service afterwards too.

Seriously, please consider NOT using UPVC windows! They are not sustainable and have a limited life span, ultimately ending up in landfill sites with dreadful pollution consequences.
Please consider a good local joinery to make your windows out of sustainable timber.
Wooden windows, if well made, look far better and last many years longer - just look at all our Victorian historic buildings or even go down to Bath to see the wonderful Georgian buildings with their original windows still in use and still looking good.
UPVC windows are generally too chunky and start to lose colour very quickly.
Average lifespan of UPVC 25 years only, whereas good wooden windows can last 100 to 200 years (more in some cases) and ALWAYS look better.
