Idiot Cyclists

If by some chance the 3 idiots who were riding your push bikes between Liphook and Passfield at 2050 (8.50p.m) read this, take note when riding along a dark unlit road at night you MUST have lights.
If you don't you run a serious risk if being hit by a car and on that road cars go very fast, if you are hit you will probably DIE. Plus you will damage someones car from your rank idiocy.
