Looking for rental property that allows pets

Hi, my wife and I are looking for a garden flat or ideally house to rent that allows cats (we have two well behaved cats). Looking for something from October in ideally liphook but also haslemere / Liss / grayshott and surrounds.
Since the government scrapped landlords being able to ask for a larger deposit to accommodate pets, all landlords seemingly say no pets. Therefore we have found no options via estate agents despite our broad search.
Any thoughts or options would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
