Silent Garden Great Parking

Yet more inconsiderate parking!!
Silver ford dumped on the path by kids play park!!
I'm wondering if the owner or whoever the owner is visiting has any consideration for others or are they just plain stupid.
The path/road isn't a parking space, stop being lazy find a space and walk to your house or whoever you're visiting.
