Fire bowl welding

Hi,
Need someone who can fix my fire bowl where it has rusted, any suggestions?

A few suggestions.
Take it to a car accident repairers. They will be the cheapest welders.
Buy some stainless steel plate from B&Q, drill and nut and bolt the plate in place
Embrace the rust and convert your fire pit into an alpine flower bed.
