Hindhead tunnel closures

A3 Hindhead Tunnel Improvements – Planned Closures
As part of the ongoing work to upgrade the technology including the renewal of fans and lighting within the Hindhead Tunnel, we have the below planned overnight closures to
A3 Hindhead Tunnel.
Monday 22 February 2021 for six nights the southbound tunnel closed between 9pm to 6am, a clearly signed diversion will be in place via, A325, B3004, A31, A31 Hogs Back.
Sunday 28 February 2021 for one night a FULL CLOSURE of the tunnel in BOTH DIRECTIONS between 9pm to 6am, a clearly signed diversion will be in place in both directions via, A325, B3004, A31, A31 Hogs Back. We will also have a signed diversion from Petersfield via A3, A32 and A272

Why always diverted through Liphook?
Divert them through via Haslemere. Or do they get away with it as it's Tory Surrey.

where do you get this information from, please? I am regularly caught out by the overnight closures, as my work takes me up the A3 overnight several times a month.
