Random act of kindness

I feel it necessary to mention a simple kind gesture I experienced late this afternoon, one of those situations which restores faith in humanity.
I was sat on the pavement stretching following my daily run when a kind young lady who was driving by stopped and asked if I was ok.
I've no idea who she was but I'm hoping she/you may read this so I can say thanks, though I must admit it was a little dink to the confidence that my appearance concerned others after steady 5

Maybe she was alerted by you sitting on the pavement. It is an understandable assumption that you may have fallen down.
