Handforth Parish Council v BLPC?

Glad to see that our own BLPC aren't the only ones who suffer from present and historic infighting and bullying.
Made me smile when reading the news reports and watching the videos ;-) :-) ....LOL!!!

I am glad you find bullying, intimidatory behaviour amusing M, if it is present and historic on our Parish Council then it could explain why the Neighbourhood Plan, which was started back in 2014 is no where near completion. I believe there are only about 3 people left on the steering commitee and 2 members from the Parish Council.
