Suspicious activity

Did anyone else see a man parked by the statue in Foley Manor yesterday apparently changing the number plates on a bright yellow Astra sized hatchback car? Is there any legitimate reason for doing this?

Probably best to report to the police and let them decide what to do.

I am told the Foley Estate has infra red cameras that record number plates entering the estate. The camera would have recorded the incoming and outgoing number plates.

Or maybe the lad was taking a picture with his “show plates” on?!
