I’ve called the cavalry. They’re just getting their bugles.

This group of under age drinkers, who were not observing Covid advice, later moved their impromptu 'rave' to the Midhurst Road car park where they continued to drink ( the cans and vodka bottles were strewn all over the area between the Liphook Day Centre and the Parish Office).

Their evening of revelry was completed by smashing six garden seats to pieces and deliberately throwing the debris into the beds and the bushes.

Liphook Day Centre does not have the money to replace these seats that are used by their elderly clients in the summer months.

This matter has been reported to the police.

@Dan

If you were so worried about some non teenage children having fun, enjoying themselves why did you not approach them and talk to them to find out who they were and what exactly they were doing?

Surely it it is eminently better to talk to people in the first instance and discuss what is going on, before accusing them of doing wrong doing on a post on TalkBack.

Do you Dan know ALL the rules and regulations laid down by the Government and all the relevant organisations during these Covid-19 times?

@Paul Robinson

How do you know that the non teenage children enjoying themselves playing games etc at the Millennium are the same...

"group of under age drinkers, who were not observing Covid advice, later moved their impromptu 'rave' to the Midhurst Road car park where they continued to drink ( the cans and vodka bottles were strewn all over the area between the Liphook Day Centre and the Parish Office)."

Unless you actually saw the group of non teenage children at the Millennium and the "group of under age drinkers, who were not observing Covid advice, later moved their impromptu 'rave' to the Midhurst Road car park where they continued to drink ( the cans and vodka bottles were strewn all over the area between the Liphook Day Centre and the Parish Office)."

Then you again are reckless in your accusations.

In writing, both Dan and Paul Robertson have made accusations against the same group of non teenaged children with out any supporting facts, or proof. Many would potentially call that Libelous.

I will however currently call it Trump'ism.

Please, please get your facts right before you rant!

By speaking to people you can find out information, if it turns out they are breaking the rules/law then do phone the Police.

Dan why ever didn’t you phone the police immediately. And tell them that they were smashing up the Millennium hall that would have got them out pronto. These hooligans need to be reported.

- Concerned (20th Dec 2020 - 15:51:48)

Does it really matter if the people smashing up chairs on private property and smashing bottles around are the same lot. I have said people because I don’t no if they were young or old but that doesn’t matter they were completely in the wrong .Partying around the Millennium Hall NO NO if they had ALCOHOL then definitely NO. IF it was the same group who smashed up the DAY Centre chairs then they should be brought to justice end of .

I saw the wrecked chairs this morning in the car park. I'm sure there will be someone who will stick up for these ill disciplined brainless morons who have no respect for other people's property. Spare the rod spoil the child.
