Fly Tipping of Cooking Oil near the Black Fox

Looks like someone has dumped 9 large catering buckets of 'frying oil' in the grass just after the end of the dual carriageway as you come back into Liphook from Petersfield. About 300m before the Black Fox.
Photos of the items and labels/names reported to the council for chasing / action.
Couldn't just dispose of them correctly, could you?

Isn't it normal for old cooking oil to be processed and recycled ?
Does anyone remember the episode of the Simpsons where Homer attempts to steal the cooking grease/oil for the janitor, Willie, with it all going wrong ?

That will be a fire risk too (as well as being a disgusting mess and horrible for the wildlife).
