COVID and FLU - Yellow Bannanna Adrian (12th Aug 2020 - 15:20:31) Has anyone noticed that the rates of death for flu and Pneumonia is currently 4 times that for COVID. It has been higher for the last 7 weeks. Why have we taken all these extraordinary measures that as i have posted before have wrecked our economy and has meant over 1 Million people have or will lose these jobs for COVID, we don't do it for flu and pneumonia which is currently far more dangerous. I should add that as a result of social distancing, hand washing etc the deaths from Flu and Pneumonia has been reduced.

Are you seriously suggesting we forget all about it, crack on and see what happens?! Why are you comparing flu with COVID-19 or any other virus for that matter? We need a vaccine or a medicine that can save your life if you get it. What do you think would happen if the millions of people who have a flu vaccine each year didn’t bother? Why don’t we bring back polio, measles etc? On the subject of banana’s, you have always been able to purchase them at different stages of ripeness in Sainsbury’s which I think is fantastic. Well done them.
