Outdoor Fitness Classes

AfterBurn fitness classes are to return next week (starting 27th)... bigger, better and badder than ever!
11 outdoor classes and 5 online to kick the body back into action! Most classes will be held outside and equipment free, the only exception will be our new addition to the schedule... Zumbaaaaa!! 💃 Zumba will be held in the Junior School Hall with limited capacity.
Other classes available include:
- Interval running sessions
- Circuits
- Bootcamp
- Legs, bums and tums
- HIIT
