THE REAL DEAL
- MR V RODGERS (11th Jul 2020  14:15:14)

Now that it has been identified that the COUNTRYWIDE STORE site is not Sainsbury's responsibity, let's move on to something that is - the sunken pond off MIDHURST ROAD.

Yours truly here has been working this for a while now. They've had me for free, clearing all sorts of debris. But when I see how they have reacted, I think a payment (ÂŁ 1,000 would do when I tot up my dedication) is in order.

First, they claimed there were endangered newts in there (nobody else has) but didn't protect them; second, they have failed to correct the boundary (including a long pole I fished out) or remove what I've cleared; and third, they have now barred me from shopping in the store because they didn't like me entertaining staff and customers when I was in.

MR VINCENT RODGERS

How did you entertain the customers?

I'm not in the slightest surprised that they have banned you, if you harass them like you do the residents that live near the pond I feel for them. Nobody makes you touch the pond so you asking for them to pay you is a ludicrous suggestion! If you’re that worried about the pond take it up with the council or environmental agency! Not the poor sainsburys staff and certainly not the residents that live near it when it's not the responsibility of the residents to keep it clean and tidy!

Stop harassing residents that live close and their children!

No one has asked you to do it! No wonder you’re banned from the shop.

Mr Rodgers

You have taken it upon yourself to “clear/work on the pond area”

It also comes to light you use it as an area to harass residents and their children. Just as you do residents on the estate where you live.

You have harassed numerous colleagues in Sainsburys hence your recent banning

I have also been informed that you are rude and abusive to delivery colleagues of supermarkets who have been delivering goods to neighbours of yours who have chosen to self isolate due to covid-19

I am unsure why you are requesting “money” for doing something that no one has asked you to do. And also to a “pond/ground” that is not property of your own?!

We all know the real reason you’re banned Vincent, and it has nothing to do with entertainment

No one asked you to clear the pond. So why on earth are you trying to say that you need to be paid.

You have harassed quite a few people around the village. If I were you I would keep a low profile.

Cleaning up village ponds is the sort of work local scout groups like to do.
