drill out and tap snapped bolt

Hi thought id check here first i have a snapped bolt in a brass motorcycle part i need it re drilled and tapped or helicoiled. the current threads are imperial but about 5mm bolt diameter.
if the other good hole can be re tapped in metric no issue with both holes becoming metric.
Any home engineers locally that can do it for me please?
