10 HOUR FITNESS MARATHON - PLEASE COME AND SHOW SUPPORT - Debbie Plumridge (24th Jul 2021 - 13:41:31) THIS SUNDAY @ LIPHOOK RECREATION GROUND With the help of Jack Plumridge from Afterburn Fitness, we are embarking on a 10-hour Fitness Marathon on Sunday 25th July from 08.00-18.00. Please feel free to join in all/some/none of the sessions… we are hoping to raise as much money as possible, so please share with family and friends! All proceeds will go to the Williams Syndrome Foundation, so any donations would be hugely appreciated.
