Kids
- Jo (12th Apr 2021 - 22:43:41)

Are you sure you know where your kids are? There's a helluva lot down Muddy Lane. Their leftover drink and drug debris will be there tomorrow. Just be sure you know where your kids are and who they are with. They don't sound very old

Jo's post should read:

I'm intimidated by some kids. I know they have been in lockdown and they are fed up and some have depression. But I don't care about that. They are noisy and having fun. And I hate that.

The Daily Mail should be banned in Liphook.

- D (13th Apr 2021 - 09:10:01)

Gareth Jrees, we are ALL depressed and fed up with lockdown but we don't constantly whine about it like you do.

Re: Kids
- gareth j rees (13th Apr 2021 - 10:08:03)

D: No name. Very brave of you.

I guess the D stands for doddery.

I wonder what drugs the 'kids' were doing? Presumably none at all. Just made up to make them look bad.

Re: Kids

Oh dear, off goes Gareth again with his "let the kids run wild because they've suffered during lockdown" Needs to be on the receiving end of some anti social behaviour himself although i suspect he is probably an instigator!

Re: Kids
- Helen (13th Apr 2021 - 11:23:21)

Yeah, I'm with Gareth on this one...

Re: Kids
- James (13th Apr 2021 - 14:36:09)

Don,

Did you see any illegal recreational drugs?

Alcohol is legal and some recreational drugs are legal despite dangerous.

Please upload photos of waste that was left.

Re: Kids
- Don (13th Apr 2021 - 15:17:59)

James, I didn't see anything, I'm not the OP! Keep up lad!

Re: Kids
- passfield resident (13th Apr 2021 - 15:40:10)

James-littering is illegal

Re: Kids
- James (13th Apr 2021 - 16:17:44)

She didn't say they left their rubbish, she presumed like everything else they have said.

Re: Kids
- James (13th Apr 2021 - 16:31:28)

Don my bad I just saw your name and put it in my reply. That comment was directed to the OP.

Re: Kids
- Jo (13th Apr 2021 - 17:26:03)

What's all the 'she' about James?! I'm not one of them, but would it matter either way? Weird. There's plenty of evidence of drug taking in the woods beyond Gunns Farm. I don't think this is a forum that takes pics is it? See them on FB if you want to - or, better still, go down there and see for yourself. Oh, and while you're at it, take a bin bag to pick up all the empty tins and bottles would you? I know you think it's ok to leave it, but the place would look nicer for tonight's gathering if you could go and clear up yesterday's wreckage. Good chap

Re: Kids
- D (13th Apr 2021 - 18:12:23)

Gareth, I'm only four years older than you so if I'm doddery then you're not far behind.

Re: Kids
- passfield resident (13th Apr 2021 - 18:48:01)

James-have you been down there recently? It's a mess. Not all of the rubbish is left by young people, but some of it is.You probably don't have time with all the judgements you need to pass on Liphook's affairs.

Re: Kids
- gareth j rees (14th Apr 2021 - 08:48:44)

D: Yes that may be true.

But most people assume you're my parent as I have have a youthful, zesty, vigour and a boyish love for life. And when this is combined with the love of a good woman, multivitamins and oli of olay. Our age difference is really much, much larger.

To prove it I've just taken two E's and a microdot and I'm heading to muddy lane to listen to a guy called gerald.

I'm just going to get my dummy out of the baby box in the shed.

Re: Kids
- James (14th Apr 2021 - 11:05:04)

"some of it is", so does that mean the majority is adults? Why are we not talking about that?

My question was whether or not this group in particular left rubbish.

Littering isn't only a young persons issue but an adults issue too. 62% of the population drop litter, the most common age group os 18-34, so not children but adults. The most common type of litter is tobacco waste, U18s can't buy tobacco.

Re: Kids
- joe (16th Apr 2021 - 01:45:59)

James, a bit foolish to think that an 18 has never bought or smoked any cigarettes.

Re: Kids
- James (16th Apr 2021 - 09:07:43)

Joe,

I didn't say an 18yr old cant buy, I said under 18s that does not include 18yr olds.

Re: Kids
- joe (16th Apr 2021 - 09:41:06)

Meant to say James you are silly to think someone under the legal age has never bought or smoked cigarettes.

Re: Kids
- James (16th Apr 2021 - 11:23:40)

Joe,

It is illegal for a store to sell to someone U18, that is why they check ID. Mad right?!

I'm not sure why you are so focused on U18s and smoking, when the point is about litter in general. A lot more adults smoke than teens.
