Missing fluffy black and white cat - Wykwood
- Jenny (6th Apr 2020 - 21:11:40)
Hi there
Our much loved 11 year old family cat Thomas has gone missing, we last saw him yesterday. It is completely out of character for him to go missing as he is very much a home cat, loves sleeping on our beds most of the day and just pottering in our garden. I would be really grateful if anyone living near to Wykwood i.e The Maltings, Haslemere Road, Malthouse Meadows can check their garages and sheds?
Thank you so much
Jenny

Thomas turned up home in the middle of the night, such a relief. Thank you to everyone who checked their garages and sheds xx

So glad your family cat came home, maybe on your next exercise walk you could take down the posters before they end up as rubbish around the village. Thank you

Nellie.
Give Jenny a break. I witnessed the removal of a couple this morning, I'm sure the rest will be removed soon.
I hope you chase the fair and wrestling bill posters as diligently. Thomas only returned home hours ago!
Be kind!!

Nellie that was totally uncalled for in these difficult times.

Again taken out of context, not being unkind just pointing out that they will need taking down, would have done myself but not wearing protecting gloves. I am a cat loving resident so understand the upset of loosing a pet, but also don't like to see rubbish around our beautiful village.
Jenny I am very glad your fur baby came home, enjoy your cuddles.

Hi Nellie, yes of course we took all the posters down the next day, albeit this was challenging only being able to do it in one allocated exercise slot with two young children in tow. My husband who was working then did another sweep of the area for posters when he got back from work. Of course I would never have left them up, I actually find your post implying that I would have left them up quite insuIting and upsetting .
Thanks everyone else for your nice messages xx
