BT TV
- Simon (18th Jan 2020 - 10:29:52)

We have recently subscribed to BT TV and are having issues accessing the Freeview channels via the external aerial. Has anyone else experienced this issued and, if so, how did you resolve it?

I changed from Sky to BT, big mistake that was.
Do you have a digital aerial.???

Ade - no we have a normal external aerial - we had been using a Sky dish to get all channels including Freeview. What issues have you been experiencing?

Try Jon @ JS Aerials

01420 472669

He will advise if you can get a freeview signal via an aerial

Hi Simon,

There is no such thing as a digital aerial but the best one to get which will reject phone signals and the like and will perform well with Freeview is the : Labgear LAB450T High Gain which is available from Amazon.

I am wondering whether the channels you are receiving on your dish are in fact Freesat and not Freeview

Good luck,John
