Micro-suction earwax removal - Mary (18th Sep 2019 - 18:42:00) All the surgeries seem to be refusing to refer people for ear wax removal. My husband is about to have a hearing test at the Royal Surrey and they said that one of his ears needed to have wax removed first. We rang the Clean ear clinic down at Port Solent, but they want £95 for consultation and make no allowance for only doing one ear. Eventually found the lovely Jaine Walker who does the same thing working one day a week in Petersfield - her consulting room is at the doctor's surgery next to Tesco's. Very efficient and charging £40 per ear, one ear, no problem. I really recommend her and nice not to be ripped off.

Re: Micro-suction earwax removal - ANNE HALL (20th Sep 2019 - 21:50:09) I too was very happy with Jaine Walker when I attended her Clinic a few weeks ago her number is 07598 303877 if you mention that you are from Liphook she comes to Petersfield Grange on Fridays and will see you there. I did discuss with her that we needed someone like her in Liphook but she wondered whether there would be enough customers for her to make a visit. I am aware of four people that have attended her Clinic already from Liphook to Petersfield.

Re: Micro-suction earwax removal - D (22nd Sep 2019 - 08:23:20) I've always found a week of olive oil followed by a washing up liquid bottle of warm water with an empty Biro barrel in the end for comfort. I personally think £40 per ear damned expensive but if surgeries aren't doing ears no more it's a case of having to. You wouldn't believe the amount of stuff that comes out of one ear, UGH!
