Couch to 5k course - Daniel (9th Aug 2019 - 17:00:27) Couch to 5k Group Starting in September Do you want to start running but not sure how to start, have you tried the couch to 5k app only to find you gave up on week 3, fear not, a new course is about to start. Having run 6 successful Couch to 5k programs in the last two years, I will be running another program in Liphook starting on September 2nd, meeting on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. This group will get you from not running at all to running a 5k in 11 weeks. The group will start with run and walk rests over the first few weeks, building up over the 11 weeks to complete a 5k. I am a qualified UK Athletics running coach who is insured and has the relevant licence to coach. Minimum Number of 10 and a maximum of 15 places available.
