Pampas grass - C (21st Mar 2019 - 15:14:50) Can anyone give me some advice on my large pampas grass which is failing to produce any plumes. I think it needs cutting right down and starting again but would welcome any advice as goggle forums give so much conflicting advice. I would estimate it to be about 20 yrs old and I think the previous owners never gave it an annual prune hence why it’s sadly failing to blossom. Many thanks

You might want to swap for something else.
