According to Freeview web site no faults on the Midhurst transmitter, ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Midhurst

Read down the page for help

I think many folk in Liphook will be using the Hannington transmitter (the other side of Basingstoke) as Midhurst is behind a hill.

ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Hannington

It's likely that the atmospheric conditions (High Pressure) and the distance from the transmitter are what causes the problems.

Anybody else lost signal again tonight?

Yes and we are in Liss, it went off about 830 last night and didn’t return. It’s happening more often and is so annoying

Re: Television

I am advised that this is due to high 4G signals received by your aerial probably at times of high pressure.
Getting your aerial checked may help.
Can recommend Apex Aerials 07850830605. He's here now doing mine as I had the same problem and am fed up!

Hi Jen

I have used Apex and been very pleased but am suffering a lot from lost signals from Hannington - was
It 4G interference or is it just because we are far away from the transmitter? I have a large aerial and booster which have always generally worked well.
