Neighbour noise

Looking for recommendations as to where we can hire Noise recording equipment (privately not via the local authority) of which the evidence would stand up in court.
Child has gone off to school exhausted again after another night of it.
Having been down the route with the local authority previously, nothing was done about it as they notified them of the complaint so of course it all stopped for the duration that we had the monitoring equipment in.
Looking to hire equipment asap but wanted to read any recommendations first.
